In conjunction with the Institute of the American West, KBGL-TV (Pocatello), produced a video documentary called "Western Movies: Myth and Images". Photos are mostly movie stills. Most scenes are unidentified. "Northern Lights" is a film released in 1978 that depicts the creation of the Nonpartisan League in North Dakota, one of the first populist political movements in the turn of the century American West.
